Friday, September 22, 2017 – Arrival at La Locanda del Ponte Resort, Monticiano (SI), from 2:00 PM onwards. Guests will be welcomed with an aperitif and can relax by the pool after checking into their rooms. Informal dinner at the resort’s restaurant. Enjoy a delicious Tuscan dinner with fine wine while spending time with fellow Jaguar enthusiasts.
Saturday, September 23, 2017 – Around 9:00 AM. Cars will gather and depart for the Monte Oliveto Abbey, with parking inside and a guided tour. We will then continue through the heart of the Val d’Orcia, visiting Bagno Vignoni, San Quirico d’Orcia (with a photo stop at the Tazio Nuvolari monument on the “Mille Miglia” curve), and arriving in Montalcino for an aperitif under the castle. Lunch break in Buonconvento within the city walls. A visit to the charming Monteriggioni Castle, specially opened for our group, will allow us to experience the allure of its 13th-century history. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a wine tasting. We will then return to the La Locanda del Ponte Resort. Get ready for the Gala dinner!
Sunday, September 24, 2017 – Around 9:00 AM. Departure for Arezzo. After a visit to the historic center, we will enjoy a chocolate and praline tasting at the prestigious Vestri chocolate factory. It’s time to return to the Resort, after covering about 120 kilometers, where a final lunch will be served with awards and thanks. Numerous prestigious prizes will be awarded. Let’s see who the lucky winners will be!
