This splendid and rare Italian-built car was first registered in Germany (Köln) in 2008 and was for many years owned by a collector who used it in numerous historic car events in Italy — including at least 6 editions of the Gran Premio Nuvolari.

In 2022 it passed into new ownership in Germany (Langen), where it remains registered.
Recently it has undergone extensive mechanical re-finement, among the main works: cylinder-head gasket renewed, valve adjustment, gearbox and front & rear seals replaced, drive-shaft universal joint upgraded, electric fuel pump installed, water pipe welded, brake drums resurfaced, dashboard covered in wood veneer.

In addition to the black Sonnenland fabric soft-top, it is also equipped with the very rare original hard-top.
Being currently German-registered with valid TÜV, ownership transfer is straightforward to a German collector. It is accompanied by a GTÜ appraisal (level 2) and in 2010 obtained FIVA certification in category A3.
