Registrations open for the XVI edition of the 500 Miglia Touring

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 May, four days in four Regions: Lombardy, Piedmont, Trentino, Veneto
Ten Provinces: Brescia, Cremona, Milan, Novara, Verbano Cusio Ossola, Varese, Como, Sondrio, Trento, Verona

Registrations are officially open for the XVI edition of the “500 Miglia Touring,” the sports-cultural-tourism event dedicated to vintage cars. This year, the 500 Miglia Touring confirms its vocation made of engines, food and wine, and the spectacularity of the landscapes thanks to an exciting and varied route. The event, which is not a race, aims to offer vintage vehicle enthusiasts the opportunity to discover the beauty of the territory and taste the typical dishes it offers. New for the 2014 edition is the addition of an extra day to the event, which will go from three to four days. The vehicles admitted are those registered with ASI or registered by 1975. Those registered from 1976 onwards will be evaluated by the organizers on a case-by-case basis. The registration fee includes: buffet, lunches, dinners, and overnight stays, gadgets, escort by the Traffic Police, mobile workshop service, tow truck, and luggage transport.

Given the holiday period, for those who want to arrive in Brescia a few days earlier, we offer overnight stay with breakfast (Sun 27/04-Mon 28/4-Tue 29/4-Wed 30/4 and Sun 5/5) plus registration for the event

Offers

Those who register by March 15, 2014, will receive a 15% discount.
A crew of two people in a double room will pay €1,445 instead of €1,700
(VAT holders can recover 22%.)
For clubs or groups registering 5(+1) crews, there will be an extra discount of “one free crew.”

Outline program:

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 1 at the Brescia Castle from 9:00 AM, departure at 1:00 PM. First day: Brescia, Cremona, Milan, Novara, 7:00 PM.
Second day, Friday morning: Novara, Orta San Giulio (lunch break) in the afternoon: Orta S. Giulio, Lake Maggiore, Lake Varese, Como, 6:30 PM
Third day, Saturday morning: Como, Menaggio, Sondrio, Aprica, Tonale (lunch break) in the afternoon, Tonale, Cles, Andalo, Fai della Paganella, Trento, 6:30 PM
Fourth day, Sunday morning: Trento, Ala, Avio, Bardolino, Desenzano, Rezzato (lunch break) in the afternoon, the marble road, Botticino, Brescia arrival in Piazza Vittoria at 5:30 PM
